Iconec is an affordable luxury lab diamond jewelry subscription, where you can enjoy gold pieces through a monthly plan, delivered to your doorstep. Everything happens through the Iconec app: browse, select, receive, wear for 30 days, and return or swap based on availability.

You choose a plan, select the jewelry piece(s) you want in the app, receive the piece(s) at your door, and enjoy them for 30 days. By Day 25, you can select your next piece(s)and swap with the one you already have. (subject to availability).

Iconec is launching in the city of Dubai thus only residents of Dubai would have access to our Iconec community.

No, the jewelry remains Iconec property during the subscription usage period unless you purchase a piece using your credits.

We have a Single plan with which you get access to 1 jewelry piece/30 days for 299 AED and a Stack plan, that gets you access to 3 jewelry pieces/30 days for 599 AED. Both plans also comes with an option to pay annually. All prices are excluding 5% VAT.

You select from available inventory in the app. If the items are available for your plan slot(s), you can mix types. You can choose any piece(s) from 100+ designs.

Yes, you can change your plan from the app at any given time, Plan upgrades would be processed immediately once the payment approves, Plan downgrades would take into effect at the end of the current ongoing plan.

The amount you pay for your subscription accumulates as credit that you can use only to purchase a piece from the Iconec app. It is not cash-out and cannot be applied to subscription fees.

You can keep your current piece until your 30-day period ends. If the new piece is still unavailable at the end of the 30 days, you return your current piece and wait until the one you want becomes available or choose a different piece from our wide collection.

5 days before the end of your 30 day cycle, you will be prompted to schedule a swap where you can choose to select delivery date and time, Our driver will pick up your current piece first and provide your new piece at the same time. In cases where you haven’t request to receive any piece from us, you can still get on the app to schedule a pick for the piece you want to return.

Return the jewelry in the provided packaging along with any included items (box, tags, certificates if provided). The app will list all the items/piece(s) to be returned.

We give you optionality to add a work address for your delivery. Iconec will not delivery your pieces outside of your home or work location.
